If you are in need of computer assistance, I can help, whether you are on a PC or on a Mac. Below are two small programs. Depending on which type of your computer you’re on, all you need to do is download the appropriate file, run it, then contact me with the ID and password it provides. I plug that info in on my side and we connect, securely. That’s it. If you have connection questions, please feel free to ask.
Get Windows Support
For the Mac Client, you’ll need to unzip it. For better unzipping powers, get The Unarchiver.
