My family has been hard at work, especially the last few months, fulfilling all the requirements needed to adopt our little baby from Ethiopia. I feel like it’s just a turn around the corner and our child will be in our arms. And still there’s much that needs to happen. Looking back, so many things have happened to help us raise the funds we need for this international adoption. If you’re new to following our journey, that’s roughly $30,000. Worth every penny (understatement) but requires a lot of work and many generous people to make that happen. By God’s grace, there have been loads of generous people who have piggy-backed this process and have gotten us this far. Currently, we’re at just over $18,000 – amazing but we still have a bit to go. And we believe it can happen.We’ve been gearing up for a massively awesome fundraiser, to help us on the home stretch- and there’s only 12 days left as of this posting!!! The FindingCHURCH Adoption Fundraiser Giveaway features, as the Grand Prize, a brand new Apple iPad2! There are four great prizes – all generously donated by some amazing people and businesses.
